LacaOra is the handcrafted home decor brand of Ora Enterprises. We deliver within India, subject to serviceability at your address. Our products are made to order; the selected product’s description and confirmed order details govern its materials, size and finish.
Orders, charges & dispatch
Check your address, PIN code, phone number and selected options before paying. Any shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown before checkout is completed. Payment methods are limited to those actually offered at checkout.
For order-specific dispatch or delivery information, contact us before ordering. Any individually agreed date is an estimate unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed. If a material delay or inability to fulfil an order becomes known, we will contact you about the available options; your remedies for late delivery or non-delivery under applicable law remain unaffected.
Delivery assistance
Where tracking is available, details are shared after dispatch. Courier disruptions, access restrictions or inaccurate delivery information may affect an order. We will assist with a reasonable investigation; these circumstances do not automatically remove our responsibility for an undelivered order.
If an address correction or redelivery creates an additional cost because incorrect details were supplied or delivery was refused without a valid reason, we will explain the actual cost and seek your agreement before charging it.
Damage or missing contents
Check the parcel on arrival and retain the packaging. Please report damage, a wrong item or missing contents promptly, preferably within 48 hours, with the order number and clear photographs. An unboxing video is helpful but is not the only evidence we accept. Reporting later does not automatically remove rights provided by law. See our Return & Exchange Policy for the claim process.
