Product information & orders
Check the selected size, design, material and quantity before purchasing. The individual listing and any written confirmation govern your order. Products use printed artwork and handcrafted processes; a listing must expressly state any different method or material. Natural grain and minor handmade variations may occur, but must remain consistent with the description. Lighting, screens and clearly identified illustrative/AI-assisted images may affect appearance; they do not excuse materially misdescribed goods.
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance of an unavailable or genuinely mispriced item. We may check details or investigate suspected fraud. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will explain and refund money collected. Material substitutions, price increases or design changes require your agreement.
Prices, payments & custom work
The checkout total shows the applicable product price, disclosed charges and taxes before payment. Only payment methods displayed at checkout are offered. If we separately agree to custom work, its scope, artwork, price and any advance payment must be confirmed in writing before production. You must have permission to use artwork or other protected material you supply.
Our Shipping Policy and Return & Exchange Policy explain delivery, cancellations and remedies. Apply care instructions appropriate to the product’s actual material and finish. No additional warranty, performance rating or lifetime guarantee is promised unless expressly stated in writing; statutory obligations still apply.
Fair use & responsibility
Do not misuse the website, impersonate others, submit unlawful content, infringe rights or make knowingly fraudulent claims. Genuine complaints and honest reviews are welcome. Our brand, photographs and original website material may not be commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect business losses or damage caused by misuse unrelated to a product defect. Any permitted limit on liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order. These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, liability for defective products or personal injury that cannot be excluded, or any statutory refund, compensation or other non-excludable right.
Law, disputes & changes
Indian law applies. Please contact Abdullah first so we can attempt a fair resolution. Nothing prevents access to a competent consumer commission, regulator or court, including any forum available where you live under applicable law. Revised terms apply prospectively; the terms agreed for an existing order are not retrospectively reduced without lawful grounds and your agreement where required.
